Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Fallon joined ELM as Chief Executive Officer in September 2021. He has deep experience in the development of numerous brands and businesses which strive for excellence in service delivery to a wide range of customers. He is devoted to nurturing healthy cultures that facilitate the growth of individuals, the team and the performance of the organization. He has fostered transformative growth in many of his roles while building high performing leadership teams.

Fallon served as CEO of FirstService Residential, the leading manager of residential communities in North America from 2013 to 2021, President of Terminix from 2011 to 2013 and President, North America of Burger King Holdings from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, he led sales marketing and revenue management at AvisBudget Group as well as other positions at Cendant Corporation from 1998 to 2006. For over a decade before that, he was an investment banker in New York and London. He earned an MBA from Columbia University and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, McMurry University, where he was previously Board Chair.
Michael Bauersfeld

Michael Bauersfeld joined ELM as Chief Financial Officer in August 2019. He is a strategic financial executive with significant consumer packaged goods experience at public and private companies, including over 15 years working with private equity sponsored businesses. An effective communicator of business results, trends and concepts to all stakeholders, Michael has a track record of building strong teams that serve to transform the finance function into one which accelerates growth and profitability.
Michael served as CFO of Tecumseh Products, a leading global manufacturer of compressors from 2016 to 2019, CFO of Armored AutoGroup from 2014 to 2015 and Corporate Controller & Treasurer at Sun Products from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that Michael held roles of increasing responsibility at Elizabeth Arden, Remington Products & Playtex Apparel. He graduated with honors from Providence College and earned his CPA while working at the regional accounting firm DHL&S.
Keith Bohns
Chief Human Resources Officer
Keith Bohns joined ELM as Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2023. He has over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources and Leadership positions. He also comes with broad gauge experience across the human resources spectrum supporting fast-growth companies, driving up employee retention, serving as a culture champion and a strong business partner to operating teams. Most recently, he was the Chief People Officer at Integrative Nutrition, the world's oldest and largest health coach training school. Before this position, he was the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Blink Fitness, a sister company to Equinox Fitness. At Blink, Keith led HR for a high-growth field organization that expanded from 30 locations and 600 employees to over 100 locations and 3,000 employees. He has held additional HR positions at various public and private companies, including JCPenney, Jamba Juice, and Vail Resorts. Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University and a Master's in Strategic Human Resources Management from Denver University.

Richard Bree has been with ELM since March of 2022 and was promoted to Vice President, Information Technology in September 2023. Rich brings with him over 25 years of global IT technology experience. He has managed international technology teams and projects within various industries, including Manufacturing, Power Generation, Media Publishing, and Healthcare. His experiences in all aspects of technology programs have helped build and develop experienced IT department staff to promote company advancements in technology capabilities. He is also a leader in cybersecurity programs and initiatives to protect companies' interests and assets securely.
Rich holds certifications in Microsoft Technologies, Cisco Infrastructure and Security Platforms, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service framework.
Carlos Dias
VP of Operations, Englert
Carlos Dias has joined ELM as Vice President of Englert Operations in September 2021. Dias brings over extensive experience in building high-performance teams within multinational organizations and companies owned by private equity groups. In his career, He has transformed manufacturing companies by implementing continuous improvement principals, enhancing the B2B customer experience, and driving advanced growth strategies.
Prior to ELM, Dias served as Vice President of Operations for Morgan Truck Body from 2020 to 2021 and Technimark from 2014 to 2020. He has held various positions at ThyssenKrupp Automotive from 1990 to 2013 with increasing responsibility (including President & General Manager from 2007 to 2013 at ThyssenKrupp Presta, North America). Dias holds a Metallurgical Engineering degree from UMC—Brazil and a certification in Business & Administration from the University of Illinois.
Nile Kaya
Chief Legal Officer
Nile Kaya comes to ELM with thirty years of experience practicing law. She has been working as in-house counsel, providing legal advice to corporate legal departments for over two decades. From 2017 until 2022, she was employed as General Counsel by DialAmerica Marketing, Inc., responsible for overseeing legal functions across the entire enterprise. DialAmerica is one of the nation’s largest privately owned domestic contact centers. From 2002 until 2017, she was employed by Kumon North America, Inc., a multinational franchisor of supplemental educational services worldwide. Prior to joining Kumon, she worked in private practice in New York City and for the Federal Department of Justice, representing the Attorney General for the Government of Canada. She is licensed to practice law in both the United States and Canada. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at McGill University from where she holds two law degrees. She also holds an undergraduate and a graduate degree from Dalhousie Universityin psychology.

Eugenio joined ELM in July 2022 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. He has deep expertise in enterprise transformations and organizational performance improvement. With a background in consulting and extensive experience working with industrial companies, Eugenio has a well-documented record of transforming organizations and creating high performing teams.

Before joining ELM, Eugenio served as Vice President of Transformation Program Management at DiversiTech Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of parts and components for the HVAC industry. Before that, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co., the management consulting firm, and Director of International Automotive Consulting at J.D. Power, the marketing information firm. He has a Master's Degree in International Relations from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo and a bachelor's from Universidad Catolica de Cordoba in Argentina.

David Rosser joined ELM in February 2009. He is equipped with a vast knowledge of the business functions and operations within ELM, having worked his way up through the ranks in multiple companies within the ELM portfolio. David takes pride in developing a positive culture within his organization and a personal growth outlook for his team members. A passion for attention to detail and execution drive David to motivate his team toward maximizing their true potential.
David’s expertise is valued within our organization, as he has performed at each level of operations within ELM. Starting with the company in ’09 as a Sales Representative, Rosser excelled as one of the company’s top performers year over year. As a General Manager in the Northwest 2017-2020, he raised the standard of what a branch should look like operationally and profitably. David launched MetalMan in the fall of 2020 and intends to rapidly bring the ELM line of products to every major market across the country.
