Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Fallon joined ELM as Chief Executive Officer in September 2021. He has deep experience in the development of numerous brands and businesses which strive for excellence in service delivery to a wide range of customers. He is devoted to nurturing healthy cultures that facilitate the growth of individuals, the team and the performance of the organization. He has fostered transformative growth in many of his roles while building high performing leadership teams. 

Fallon served as CEO of FirstService Residential, the leading manager of residential communities in North America from 2013 to 2021, President of Terminix from 2011 to 2013 and President, North America of Burger King Holdings from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, he led sales marketing and revenue management at AvisBudget Group as well as other positions at Cendant Corporation from 1998 to 2006. For over a decade before that, he was an investment banker in New York and London. He earned an MBA from Columbia University and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, McMurry University, where he was previously Board Chair.

Michael Bauersfeld

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Bauersfeld joined ELM as Chief Financial Officer in August 2019. He is a strategic financial executive with significant consumer packaged goods experience at public and private companies, including over 15 years working with private equity sponsored businesses. An effective communicator of business results, trends and concepts to all stakeholders, Michael has a track record of building strong teams that serve to transform the finance function into one which accelerates growth and profitability.

 

Michael served as CFO of Tecumseh Products, a leading global manufacturer of compressors from 2016 to 2019, CFO of Armored AutoGroup from 2014 to 2015 and Corporate Controller & Treasurer at Sun Products from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that Michael held roles of increasing responsibility at Elizabeth Arden, Remington Products & Playtex Apparel. He graduated with honors from Providence College and earned his CPA while working at the regional accounting firm DHL&S.

Lisa M Delsante

Chief Legal Officer

Lisa Delsante joined ELM in January 2021 as Chief Legal Officer.  Lisa brings more than 20 years of legal and business experience in senior roles within the manufacturing and energy industries.

 

As CLO for ELM, she is head of the legal department and responsible for managing legal operations and formulating and directing the legal strategy for the company throughout the US.  As a member of the senior management team, she advises the CEO and other senior executives on a variety of issues. Lisa draws on her business optimization experience to help drive the overall success of the company while also managing legal risks.  In addition, Lisa has participated on boards of both for-and non-profit organizations.  

 

Lisa holds a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, an MA from New York University, and a BA from the University at Albany.

David Hayes Joined ELM in June 2018 as the Director of the Information Technology, In November 2019 David was promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer. David’s vast experiences as an Executive level IT and Project Professional leader span more than two decades across a wide array of industries and sized organizations.  David’s experiences focus on the development of enterprise level programs aimed at innovation and transformation, standardization, and customer satisfaction with the target of bringing value to the organization.

Hayes served several roles throughout the last two decades including Director of IT for two separate medical device manufacturers from Mar 2011 to Apr 2018, Director of Customer Engagement, and IT/Project Manager at Masco from Mar 2002 to Nov 2010.  Prior to that and complimenting his experiences in the IT space, Hayes is a Veteran of the U.S. States Army and is an active member of the DAV, VFW and other veteran services organizations.  He has attended several educational institutions to include his latest degree obtained in 2017 focusing on Operations and Project Management as well as MIT executive education focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and robotics.

Dina Hernandez

Chief Human Resources Officer

Dina Hernandez joined ELM in January of 2020 and is the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she reports to the President & CEO and is responsible for the company's talent planning, employee relations, total rewards, and engagement initiatives. In addition, she oversees the company’s safety organization which includes environmental management.

 

Dina has been a leader in human resources for over two decades, focused on leveraging innovative human initiatives to influence business strategy, empower employees, embrace change and deliver results. She is a passionate advocate for bringing the employee’s perspective to the forefront of transformative change and growth.

 

Prior to joining ELM in 2020, Dina spent almost 5 years as the Senior Director of Global HR for EXSIF Worldwide a Marmon Berkshire Hathaway company, where she oversaw global human resources, helping to lead a corporate culture of innovation. Previously, she served in a series of executive-level global HR positions, with Alvarez & Marsal.

 

She earned her degree from St. Joseph College.

Jason Steingart

VP of Marketing 

Jason joined the ELM Family in 2019 and has set the overall vision and steered high-level marketing and business strategies for the ELM portfolio of Englert, LeafGuard, and MetalMan. During his first year Jason introduced forward-thinking marketing innovations and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, enabling the company to take a digital-first approach throughout the entire marketing lifecycle. 

 

An advertising veteran with over 19 years of experience, Jason is an enthusiastic leader, brand builder, and growth marketer who cultivates powerful relationships to achieve complex business goals, exceed revenue targets and optimize efficiency.  Before joining ELM, Jason held various leadership positions with Twitch and Viacom and negotiated and planned Cable Media buys for Toyota Motor sales at Zenith Media.

 

Jason received a BS degree in Communications with a concentration in advertising and film from the University of Southern Maine.

Carlos Dias

VP of Operations, Englert

Carlos Dias has joined ELM as Vice President of Englert Operations in September 2021. Dias brings over extensive experience in building high-performance teams within multinational organizations and companies owned by private equity groups. In his career, He has transformed manufacturing companies by implementing continuous improvement principals, enhancing the B2B customer experience, and driving advanced growth strategies.


Prior to ELM, Dias served as Vice President of Operations for Morgan Truck Body from 2020 to 2021 and Technimark from 2014 to 2020. He has held various positions at ThyssenKrupp Automotive from 1990 to 2013 with increasing responsibility (including President & General Manager from 2007 to 2013 at ThyssenKrupp Presta, North America). Dias holds a Metallurgical Engineering degree from UMC—Brazil and a certification in Business & Administration from the University of Illinois.

Joel Conner

VP of LeafGuard

Joel oversees all LeafGuard operations on a national level. Successes include building a superior team with the ability to take on any and all challenges. Creating pathways to success and new positions that provide everyone with the tools to achieve success with no limits. Sustaining a family work environment that applauds individual and team accomplishments equally while still making everyone a part of that success. Making a place where our employees want to work and are proud to work.

 

Joel has extensive experience in operations, team building and growth. Successfully working with multiple products simultaneously in many diverse and challenging environments. Multi- branch management that includes impact areas from top to bottom of all cost centers and all areas of the P & L. Hiring and training of General Managers on a national level. Team building locally and nationally to achieve record breaking results in the most challenging of situations. Implementation of new systems that were identified as a need and then created and utilized to impact sales and costs, grow and move the business forward.

 

Joel’s goal is to always see the potential in others and help them get where they want to be.

David Rosser

VP of MetalMan

David Rosser joined ELM in February 2009. He is equipped with a vast knowledge of the business functions and operations within ELM, having worked his way up through the ranks in multiple companies within the ELM portfolio. David takes pride in developing a positive culture within his organization and a personal growth outlook for his team members. A passion for attention to detail and execution drive David to motivate his team toward maximizing their true potential.           

 

David’s expertise is valued within our organization, as he has performed at each level of operations within ELM. Starting with the company in ’09 as a Sales Representative, Rosser excelled as one of the company’s top performers year over year. As a General Manager in the Northwest 2017-2020, he raised the standard of what a branch should look like operationally and profitably. David launched MetalMan in the fall of 2020 and intends to rapidly bring the ELM line of products to every major market across the country.
